The Model E is the 5th generatin of our successful Indoor Rower. It includes all the proven feature of the Model D plus the PM4 and the additional features described below:

Model E Features:

• Longer monitor arm makes it easy to reach the PM4
• The frame is 6" higher, positioning you at a comfortable seat height
• One-piece leg design for greater stability and solid feel
• Nickel plated chain for low-maintenance and a clean look
• Fully enclosed chain housing for easy cleaning
• Powder-coated frame is sealed with a clear top coat for extra durability.
• Light metallic gray finish with dark blue-gray accents.

The Concept 2 Model E is an institutional-grade rowing exercise machine with air-resistance flywheel, sliding seat, and self-calibrating electronic performance monitor.

User Weight Limitations: We recommend a maximum user weight of 227kgs for the Indoor Rower with the standard seat.

Assembly:The Indoor Rowers require very little assembly. The Model E Indoor Rower requires the installation of the front and rear legs, the monitor arm and pickup cable, and attaching the PM4 monitor itself — a total of 10 screws. We include the necessary tool and clear instructions with lots of pictures. Allow about 30-45 minutes for the job.

Construction:
Frame: extruded aluminum I-beam monorail with stainless steel seat track.

Flywheel: Fully enclosed chain driven flywheel is steel with glass reinforced ABS squirrel cage fan attached. The flywheel enclosure is made of hi-impact, ABS Thermo-plastic. “Quiet Cog” system significantly softens the sound of rowing by damping the chain noise with a urethane washer on each side of the cog. The idler pulleys are made of a Thermo-plastic elastomer for increased durability and noise reduction.

PM4 Monitor: Rechargeable battery powered LCD digital display features time/distance rowed; calories burned; power produced (watts); stroke rate; stroke output (watts, calories, meters); average pace (time per 500 meters); library of preset workouts (timed, distance, timed interval, distance interval); projected finish (time or distance); split memory recall function; optional heart rate monitor interface. Wireless and wired racing without a PC, built-in ANT technology heart rate receiver; choose from a variety of units and graphic display options including Force Curve, Paceboat and Bar Chart. C2 LogCard easily and automatically records workouts and tracks progress without separate paper record of each workout. PC-interface - transfer LogCard data to your personal computer. Rechargeable batteries are recharged in the PM4 while rowing.

Misc: Adjustable air resistance; Flexfoot(TM) adjustable footboard system; impact-resistant, glass-reinforced Nylon, ergonomically-designed handle with overmolded soft rubber grips; molded rubber foot pads; anatomically designed seat top; built in caster wheels; quick disconnect feature for compact storage.
