Where are the machines dispatched from?
All machines are dispatched from our warehouse in Mount Maunganui 

How long will my machine take to arrive?
We dispatch machines Monday- Thursday. Once your order has been received, we will dispatch your machine.
North Island deliveries please allow 4-6 working days
South Island deliveries please allow 5-7 working days.
(Please note that your dispatch day doesn’t count as the first day)
 

Will my machine be delivered on a Saturday?
No, your machine won’t be delivered on Saturdays as our freight company delivers Monday-Friday only.
 

Who is the freight company you use?
Our freight forwarder is Mainfreight and they deliver Nationwide.
 

What are my options for payment? Do you offer any payment plans?
Payment options are Credit Card, Direct Credit or Eftpos (Only instore)
We do not offer any payment plans for the machines.
 

Can I pick my machine up?
Yes, our warehouse is located in Mount Maunganui so if you are in the area you can collect your machine from us. If you did want to collect your machine, please call us so we can ensure your machine is ready for collection.
 

How big is the machine? Will it fit in my car?
If you are collecting a machine, we recommend a station wagon or SUV to pick up the machine. Generally, if you have a medium-sized car with seats that fold down you will be okay.
 

Do I have a warranty on the machine I purchase?
Yes, all machines come with a full warranty. Please click the machine you wish to see the warranty information for:

How do I claim a warranty?
If you have a factory malfunction with your machine please collect the serial number from your machine (located in-between the front legs on the back of the flywheel) and contact us so we can help. Please note that it is essential that you have your serial number.
 

What are the differences between the Model D & Model E?

What is the recommended maximum user weight for the machines?
BikeErg: 300Ib (136 kg)
Indoor Rowers: 500Ib (227 kg) as tested by Concept2. *
*300Ib (135 kg) as tested per European Stationary Fitness Equipment Testing Standard EN 20957-7
 

What are the box dimensions of the machine?
Model D Indoor Rower: 38cm x 55cm x 142cm (32kg)

How hard is the Model D to assemble?
All machines come with assembly instructions however, the Model D it is a matter of attaching the front legs which require 8x screws.
 

Can I upgrade my monitor to a PM5 if I have an older machine?
Yes, if you have a Model D you can simply purchase a PM5 Monitor. Take off your old monitor and replace it with the new PM5.
If you have a Model C or Model B, you can buy retrofit kits that have all the required parts to assemble the new monitor.

Do I require electrical power for my machine to work?
No, all machines are powered by 2x D-Cell Batteries and do not require power to operate.
 

The Dynamic machine looks different, why is this?
The Dynamic Indoor Rower is to closely simulate the physics experienced while rowing a racing shell and the ‘dynamics’ between the boat and athlete. On the Dynamic Erg, a user’s body mass is relatively stationary while components of the machine actively move in response to the rowing motion.
